We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that personalized or custom-embossed golf balls are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and golf ball dozens are unopened.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
